Electric pedestals on each lot are designed to provide a maximum of 100 amps of service. If you plan on upgrading your lot or adding a modular home, be sure to be aware of the 100 amp limitation.
The seasonal dumpster will be leaving on June 13. You are strongly reminded to not place items in the dumpster that are not permitted.
