Electric pedestals on each lot are designed to provide a maximum of 100 amps of service. If you plan on upgrading your lot or adding a modular home, be sure to be aware of the 100 amp limitation.

Burn Ban in Effect
There is a burn ban in effect. This comes from the Fire Marshal. The only fires allowed are charcoal and gas barbeques or gas only fire pits. Wood is not to be burned. The Fire Marshal, if called, can cite violators a $1500 fine.
