We have just completed the temporary installation of the pickleball courts. The boundaries are in blue. This is temporary until the entire tennis court area is resurfaced (sometime next year). Then, the boundaries will permanently installed.

Within the month, two very large aggregate flower pots will be placed in the flower bed area around the flagpoles. The pots will enhance the appearance of our entrance and maintenance of this area will be easier.
A new table and chairs were recently placed in the pool area. A second round table with benches has been ordered. As soon as it arrives, it will be placed in the pool area.
Next year, a commercial-grade stair stepper will be added to our exercise room. The exercise room is scheduled for recarpeting. It is hoped that the pool table room will also be recarpeted.
The Board is currently seeking bids for increasing the height of the gate and fence area at Lot 9 (adjacent to Birch Bay Lynden Road).
